Former Legislators Back Term Limits Changes

A survey of 110 former legislators shows overwhelming support for changing or abolishing term limits. The survey, which was conducted in 2020 and 2021 by Rusty Hills, a longtime Republican strategist now a lecturer at the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy, showed 67 percent favoring reforming term limits and 27 percent favoring abolition of term limits.
