U-M Survey: Michigan Communities Prioritize Infrastructure with ARPA Funds

The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor reported in a new survey of Michigan’s local government leaders that the top spending priorities for the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding are on capital improvements, infrastructure, and public safety.
