Capri Backus

Capri is a Policy Analyst for CLOSUP’s Local Fiscal Health Project. She is a Master’s student at the Ford School (MPP, Class of 2021), and has a B.A. in International Studies and Public Policy Analysis from Washington and Jefferson College. Capri is interested in federal and state fiscal policies as well as education policies in the U.S.
