Stephen Culbertson

Stephen is a Policy Analyst for CLOSUP's Local Fiscal Health Project. He is a masters student at the Ford School (Class of 2023), returning to Ann Arbor after graduating from UM in 2016 with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. Prior to attending the Ford School, Stephen worked as a state policy researcher focusing on labor, education, and voting rights, and as a political consultant. He is most interested in tax and budget policy, and in sustainable cities.
